invalidateRenderPlan Method

Mark the viewport's "render plan" as having changed, so that the next call to Viewport.renderFrame will recreate it. This method is not typically invoked directly - the render plan is automatically invalidated in response to events such as changing aspects of the viewport's Viewport.displayStyle.
